I joined the Sisterlocks family on March 18, 2008. I tried traditional locks first, but it wasn't working for me. So I took the plunge with Sisterlocks and, ooohhh I like, I like!!! Hello everyone! My braidlocs were born after three days of labor but joyfully were welcomed here on March 6th, 2008. I haven't looked back since. I'm embracing my locs...my individual locs....they make me feel so natural! I'ts all me!!!! Nothing added and nothing taken away. Let me tell ya the process wasn't easy but it was worth it, being that I did the braiding myself. If you haven't guessed already, I'm a DIYer. I also maintain them myself by latch-hooking.
